Neonatal Intensive Care Unit - Respiratory Therapist

Trusted is seeking an experienced allied health professional for this travel assignment. Experience 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. Experience with Epic is required. Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred. Requirements Candidates must have a license (required after submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations. Local & travel allowed. Candidates living. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. 6 months gap required between staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at the same program. Pre-employment & Onboarding Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your onboarding process. Lab Requirements All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. References References must cover at least one full year of relevant experience in the specialty within the past three years. Two manager/supervisor references required from within the last two years. Skills & Experience Level 3 NICU, Level 2 Adult ICU experience. NICU III or IV level experience is a hard stop requirement. Neuro Trauma ICU experience required. Preferred Skills & Experience Trauma Level I experience. Bunnell Jet Ventilation in NICU highly preferred. Special Requests RTO must be listed at time of submission. Shift & Scheduling Variable shift. Weekends required: every other per CBA. No 48‑hour break. Floating Requirements Yes, internal between departments. Must be flexible. Auto Offer Position This is an auto‑offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer, though an interview can be arranged on request. All time‑off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
