Paralegal

As a Corporate Paralegal, you will play a key role in managing some of Expedia Group’s legal entities across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and keeping our subsidiaries properly maintained. Key Responsibilities Support all actions for the maintenance of Expedia Group legal entities globally. Collaborate with local counsel and internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of legal entities. Maintain corporate records, information, and company file organization through our electronic entity and document management system. Build and sustain working relationships with internal functional groups, including Tax, Accounting, Finance, HR, and Treasury. Partner closely with team members on administrative and project‑based tasks. Contribute to ad‑hoc projects and assignments as needed. Qualifications Proficient organizational skills with superb attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams. Ability to set priorities, apply sound judgment, and navigate problem‑solving independently. Adaptability and openness to change in a dynamic work environment. Proficient oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal direction. Capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Education & Experience Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent professional experience. Prior experience at a top regional or national law firm, or in an in‑house legal environment. Compensation Pay range in Seattle: $73,000.00 – $102,500.00.
