Shipping & Receiving ClerkWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will help ensure accurate inventory control, timely shipment and receipt of goods, and a safe, organized warehouse environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with cycle counting and maintaining accurate inventory levelsAudit and verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracySafely operate warehouse equipment (including forklift/hi-lo after certification)Use barcode scanners and shipping systems (e.g., UPS) accuratelyLoad outbound shipments and verify products against shipping documentationUnload incoming materials, verify quantities, and store in proper locationsMaintain organized and clean warehouse spaceEnsure FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory rotation is followedStage, label, and prepare outgoing shipments for deliveryFollow all company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures (including OSHA requirements)Support general warehouse operations and continuous improvement initiativesQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required1–3 months of related warehouse or logistics experience preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Basic reading, writing, and communication skillsAbility to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) using standard units and measurementsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsSkills & AbilitiesSolid organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentCommitment to safety and quality standardsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsFrequent standing, walking, bending, and reachingOccasional climbing, balancing, and sittingStrong visual abilities, including depth perception and close/distance visionWork EnvironmentWarehouse setting with exposure to moving machineryOccasional outdoor work conditionsModerate noise levelWhy Join Us?Opportunity to grow in a dynamic warehouse environmentHands-on training and developmentSupportive team culture focused on safety and efficiencyIf you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a fast-moving logistics team, we'd love to hear from you!
