Qualifications 5+ years of hotel General Manager experience (full‑service preferred). Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred. Strong hotel systems knowledge and analytical capability. Proven results in revenue, financial management, and operations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills. High integrity, professionalism, and a guest‑focused mindset.
