OT Therapy Team Leader

Role Overview Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring effective implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations in daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct therapy to patients, fostering recovery by addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs, and celebrating their progress.
