What you will do

We are looking for software developers who have experience working with web technologies such as PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL/PostgreSQL, and are eager to add to that experience and learn how to apply these skills to the healthcare market.

You will join an experienced team of web application developers to perform both back-end PHP/ PostgreSQL development and front-end JavaScript development.

You will be a self-starter but can expect to receive mentoring while working on well-defined tasks to help expand the features of existing applications within our maturing platform, as well as contribute to new applications.

• Web Application Development using Angular & C#
• Defining architecture for new features/applications
• Improving products and processes
• Creating design plans for user facing side of apps

What You Need for this Position

At least 3 years of professional experience with:

• Angular
• C#
• MS SQL Server

The ability to pass a Government Security Background Investigation

Nice to have:

• PHP
• MySQL/PostgreSQL
• HL7 or FHIR Experience
• Healthcare Experience
• Experience with DevOps or Cloud Technologies

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or similar degree with application development focus preferred
• A combination of education and experience will be considered for this position (preferred 1+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience in an application development role with no degree)

Desired

• Any additional software development or database training completed independent of classes taken for a college degree program

This role can be Remote which would allow most work to be performed at home; however, the Employer is a Federal Contractor and subject to federal vaccination mandate. Employees must be fully vaccinated to come onto any of DSS, Inc’s sites or Client sites.
