Door Knockers Wanted — Earn $1,000–$2,000+/Week — Arlington, VA

All Team Exteriors is a roofing contractor serving Northern Virginia and DC Metro, and we're hiring 2 door knockers/canvassers to launch new neighborhoods this fall. No roofing experience required — we train you. If you're outgoing, competitive, and want to control your own paycheck, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do:

•      Knock doors in assigned Arlington-area neighborhoods to generate roof inspection leads

•      Deliver a short, friendly pitch and book appointments for our sales team

•      Track daily doors knocked, contacts made, and appointments set

•      Represent the company professionally in branded gear at all times

What We're Looking For:

•      Comfortable approaching strangers and handling rejection

•      Reliable transportation to job sites in Arlington and surrounding areas

•      Available to work afternoons/evenings and Saturdays (peak knocking hours)

•      18+, able to pass a background check

•      Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required

Compensation & Perks:

•      $600 per week base pay + commissions
