Job Description

As a Communications Assistant, you will support the day-to-day communication needs of the organization and help ensure information is clear, organized, and delivered effectively.

You will work closely with internal teams, assist with written communications, coordinate information, and contribute to maintaining a professional and consistent voice across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and organizing internal and external communications
• Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence and written materials
• Coordinate communication between departments and team members
• Help prepare presentations, reports, announcements, and company materials
• Maintain organized communication records and documentation
• Support meetings, scheduling, and communication-related projects
• Respond professionally to inquiries and route information to the appropriate teams
• Help ensure company messaging remains clear, accurate, and consistent
• Assist with special projects and general administrative communication tasks as needed
