Reporting Analyst - IntermediateOur client, a Retail and Departmental Stores company, is looking for a Reporting Analyst - Intermediate for their Plano, TX/Hybrid location.ResponsibilitiesReporting Strategy & Discovery:Conduct an enterprise-wide inventory of existing recruiting reportsMeet with recruiting leaders and stakeholders to understand reporting needsIdentify duplicate, outdated, and redundant reportsPrioritize report development based on business impactDevelop a Talent Acquisition reporting roadmapReport Development:Design, build, validate, and deploy reports within iCIMSCreate operational, tactical, and executive-level dashboardsDevelop recruiter, manager, and leadership reporting packagesValidate data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting issuesOptimize report performance and usabilityDashboard Development:Develop dashboards supporting metrics including:Time-to-FillTime-to-HireSource EffectivenessCandidate Pipeline HealthRequisition AgingRecruiter ProductivityInterview ActivityOffer Acceptance RateHiring VolumeDiversity Recruiting MetricsFunnel ConversionSLA PerformanceReporting Governance:Establish report naming conventionsCreate reporting standards and documentationDevelop report definitions and data dictionariesBuild a centralized report catalogRecommend reporting best practicesImprove reporting consistency across recruiting teamsDocumentation & Knowledge Transfer:Document report logic and business rulesCreate end-user guidesTrain Talent Acquisition teams on new reports and dashboardsSupport rollout across Corporate, Bangalore, and Store recruiting organizationsRequirements5+ years of HRIS or Talent Acquisition reporting experience3+ years of advanced iCIMS reporting experienceDemonstrated experience building complex reports and dashboards in iCIMSExperience gathering business requirements from non-technical stakeholdersStrong understanding of Talent Acquisition operations and recruiting workflowsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent prioritiesPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting enterprise Talent Acquisition organizationsExperience supporting high-volume retail recruitingExperience with global recruiting operationsExperience working with offshore recruiting teamsExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platformsKnowledge of recruiting KPIs and workforce analyticsExperience documenting reporting governance and standardsTechnical Skills:Advanced iCIMS ReportingiCIMS DashboardsReport WriterData ValidationExcel (Advanced)Pivot TablesVLOOKUP/XLOOKUPPower Query (Preferred)Power BI (Preferred)Dashboard DesignData AnalysisBusiness Requirements GatheringWhy Should You Apply?Health BenefitsReferral ProgramExcellent growth and advancement opportunities
