Vice President Program Management

We’re hiring for a VP of Programs & Operations with a fast-scaling space technology company supporting commercial and national security satellite missions. This is a critical leadership role focused on building and leading the company’s execution engine – ensuring reliable delivery of mission-ready capabilities across complex government and commercial environments. You’ll operate at a company-wide level, working closely with leadership to translate strategy into consistent, high-quality execution across engineering, product, and customer programs. If you’re a proven operator with deep government experience and a track record of scaling execution in high-stakes environments, this is a rare opportunity to shape how a company delivers at scale. Key Responsibilities Own execution across all customer programs spanning government and commercial missions Act as the executive accountable for program delivery, mission readiness, and deployment success Build and scale the program management and operational execution function Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and customer teams Establish scalable processes for mission onboarding, deployment, and delivery Develop operational reporting, dashboards, and execution tracking frameworks Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve delivery speed and reliability Serve as a senior interface with government and commercial stakeholders Partner with leadership to ensure operational readiness for growth and new programs Key Requirements 10+ years leading programs, operations, or delivery in complex technical environments Strong experience supporting government, aerospace, or national security programs Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams delivering mission-critical systems Experience building operational processes in fast-growing or evolving organizations Active TS/SCI clearance (required) This is a high-impact opportunity to define and scale the operational backbone of a company delivering mission-critical space capabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr EVONA
