About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to spearhead the development and expansion of its Career Futures platform. This role is pivotal in creating a cohesive ecosystem that integrates workforce intelligence, employer insight, alumni and parent engagement, industry partnerships, and lifelong learning to support professional success across the career lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the Career Futures platform, leading the workforce intelligence function, and activating a global network that connects alumni and parents with the evolving world of work. Collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders is essential, as is the ability to translate market insights into scalable programs and partnerships that add value for all parties involved. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in relevant fields such as workforce strategy, talent, and employer engagement. A strong background in labor market trends, talent ecosystems, and the future of work is required, with the ability to apply this knowledge to the development of innovative and sustainable career engagement strategies. The role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, global fluency, and the capacity to influence and build relationships across organizational boundaries. Experience in higher education or similar complex environments, as well as familiarity with AI-enabled workforce technologies and digital engagement tools, is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of using data to guide strategy and measure impact, and will be adept at engaging alumni and parents as strategic partners in the professional success of the university's community.
