About the Role
The Company is seeking a Department Head for a Management position with a focus on running the enabling functions of the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of multiple support departments, including finance, general procurement, real estate and administration, BCM, risk and info security, tech services, legal compliance and secretarial, strategic and marketing communications, and innovation and central PMO. The successful candidate will be responsible for constant positive engagement with the CEO, tech heads, and functional leads to meet the organization's objectives. Key accountabilities include providing leadership in managing financial outcomes, regulatory and group compliance, and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders for collaborative decision-making. Applicants must have a minimum of 20 years' experience in leading and managing diverse teams, with a strong background in support team functioning. The role requires a leader who can be the go-to person for driving entity-level initiatives and projects, building a scalable and motivated support organization, and ensuring optimal functional of the organization. Strong people management, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a professional degree with an MBA, experience in a transfer pricing environment, and exposure to APA. The ability to work independently, achieve results consistently, and a willingness to grow with the organization are also highly desired.
