Registered Nurse - Acute Inpatient Rehab

Location: Richmond, VA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00

Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing exceptional care in an acute inpatient rehab setting. The unit includes a total of 44 beds, supported by a skilled team of 46 staff members including nurses, technicians, and administrative personnel. This role requires a strong focus on patient care and collaboration within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and perform basic med-surgical nursing tasks.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort through effective communication and care coordination.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver quality rehabilitation services.
• Manage patient assessments and documentation in EMR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must have a valid RN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) is required.
• Preferred background in Med-Surgical or Telemetry nursing.
