Production Assembler Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 22.00 to $ 23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• Operate production line machinery and equipment efficiently.
• Perform diligent visual inspection of automotive axle parts to identify and report defects, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards.
• Utilize various hand tools for assembly and production tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.

Production Assembler Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of experience in assembly, general labor, or manufacturing roles.
• Proficiency hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, ratchets, etc.)
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to an 8-12 hour shift.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for the entire shift.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting, which may include noise and varying temperatures.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
