Senior Living Wellness Team Lead

Riley's Grove Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a Wellness Team Supervisor to oversee day-to-day care staff in our memory care and assisted living environments and ensure residents receive personalized support. You will lead care teams to uphold 1440 care standards, manage scheduling, conduct rounds, monitor safety and documentation, and participate in staff training.

Weekend/on-call duties may be required, with emphasis on compassionate, quality resident care.
