Production Technician

Location: Hatfield, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, First or Second Shift Available
Pay Rate: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities for Production Technician
Perform batching and production processes using raw materials according to established procedures.
Assemble and handle precision components in a clean room environment.
Follow work instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
Inspect products and materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain production records and complete required documentation.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Support other manufacturing and production activities as needed.

Requirements and Skills for Production Technician
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Reliable transportation required.
Previous manufacturing, production, clean room, or assembly experience preferred.
Ability to follow written procedures and quality standards.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
