Will look at H1 transfers and relocation The PMO manager role will facilitate the ongoing analysis, development, and improvement of our business services under the supervision of the Director of PMO and Process, key members of the Operations team, and other stakeholders. The PMO manager will be responsible for execution of strategic initiatives including ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget. They will manage a team of business analyst, scrum masters and program coordinator. The PMO manager's main purpose is to identify, develop and redefine internal success indicators to drive the business forward. This position is a full-time onsite position that will be based out of Boca Raton, FL.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of enterprise projects, including staffing, project plan and client deliverables while maintaining high client satisfaction by providing proactive communication and issue/risk management.
• These activities span overall timeline management, leading and coordinating meetings, budget monitoring, vendor management, adherence to company SOPs, risk monitoring and mitigation & reporting.
• This role will work cross-functionally with all departments to deliver high quality, value add solutions for our internal and external customers
• Breaks down the work into logical process steps and works streams and works with other project team members to gather and analyze detailed information about the process design and the impact on the roles, departments affected, as well as, interdependencies with other projects
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining project schedule and quality deliverables in a dynamic environment.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure the timely and quality preparation of project deliverables based on assigned scope-of-services.
• Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality and exceed clients expectations in compliance with Quality Management governance procedures.

Preferred and/or Required Education, Experience and Technical Skills:

• College degree or equivalent experience
• At least five (5 years experience in business or systems analysis ideally in the fintech, financial services or retail industry)
• At least 3 years experience in directly managing PM teams
• Understand the software life cycle and the specification and configuration of software products.
• Must be self-directed, results-oriented coupled with strong attention to detail, strong people skills and good judgment.
• Must possess strong client and vendor relationship skills, with an ability to convey complex service project information and resolve project issues.
• Must be able to focus and prioritize effectively to complete their work in a demanding, deadline-oriented environment.
• Ownership and management of project budgets, invoicing, project workplans, resource allocation and deliverable management. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated experience in career development and team management.
• Ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves and bring a passionate, collaborative, and innovative mindset to the team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
