Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

LPN – Post Acute LTC

Evening Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM

Holiday coverage required.

Licensed in the State of Massachusetts as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Current CPR/AED Certification.

Minimum of 3 years of experience.

Observe and report symptoms and conditions of residents.

Administer medications as prescribed by a physician.

Provide treatments as ordered and maintain accurate medical records.

Assist with orientation and supervision of nursing staff.

Perform direct resident care and document changes in resident status.

Prepare and coordinate CNA assignments, and assist MDs in making rounds.
