What You’ll DoAs a Shuttle Driver / Bell Services Attendant, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm and memorable first impression for our guests. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Assisting with luggage during arrivals and departures
- Providing valet parking and shuttle transportation services
- Sharing information about resort amenities and local attractions
- Responding to guest requests promptly and courteously
- Maintaining a clean and organized lobby and bell stand area
- Working closely with other departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Following all safety and security procedures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift and carry luggage
- Knowledge of the local area is a plus
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
