What You Will Do Serve and interact with customers in a professional and gracious manner. Utilize thorough knowledge of food, including preparation and culinary terminology, to provide detailed information about menu items. Support the smooth delivery of bar items through POS/ticket systems. Leverage knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, including technical and service procedures. Participate in daily pre‑shift meetings. Adhere to accounting procedures for all transactions and maintain POS system knowledge. Clean and maintain restaurant and workstations, including pre‑shift, post‑shift, and daily/weekly duties as assigned. Fulfill duties that may involve lifting objects (e.g., tables, chairs, high chairs). Maintain the highest level of hygiene standards, including clean, pressed uniform jacket, professional hair and nail grooming to avoid food contamination risks. Follow hygiene practices such as: Clean uniform jacket and accompanying clothing and shoes; clean and professionally styled hair and nails; maintain hygiene standards to avoid food contamination risks. What You Will Bring High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in serving food and beverage and following proper table service guidelines. Ability to work autonomously. Motivated and results‑driven. Thorough knowledge of order of service and proper placement of table settings (e.g., china, glass, flatware), food, and beverage as indicated by the kitchen ticket and guidebook. Thorough knowledge of food, including preparation and culinary terminology. Ability to interact graciously with the public and handle multiple duties simultaneously. Exceptional customer service and problem‑solving skills. "Win together" mentality. Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds. Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
