Desktop Support Technician

Charleroi, PA USA

Contract-To-Hire

Candidates should have 3-6 years’ experience supporting PC Hardware and software.
Assist the existing onsite support team with hardware break-fix, asset management, receiving, and imaging activities at a client site.
The purpose is to enable the team to double their daily output for this short period.
Daily tasks will include asset coordination, securely wiping hard drives, and applying standard OS images.
Also, will be repairing/refurbishing Dell laptops and updating inventory records.
This person needs to have at least 5 years of experience supporting laptop and desktop hardware.
A+ certification is preferred but not required.

Good troubleshooting ability
