Epic Willow Inventory Analyst

Salary: $124,800 - 139,360 per year Requirements:

• We need hands-on experience with Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Inventory workflows.
• We need a background in Epic application design, configuration, build, testing, and implementation.
• We need experience supporting inpatient pharmacy inventory processes within Epic.
• We need familiarity with medication inventory, receiving, inventory balance management, par levels, reorder workflows, and related pharmacy operations.
• We need the ability to support an accelerated Epic Willow Inventory rollout through July 2027.
• We need the ability to partner with Pharmacy, Digital Applications, and project stakeholders.
• We need the ability to provide go-live support, including limited travel if needed.
• We need the ability to work effectively in a primarily remote environment.
• Epic Willow Inventory certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience delivering Epic Willow Inventory from build through go-live is preferred.
• Experience migrating pharmacy inventory workflows from Lawson to Epic is preferred.
• Experience with barcode-enabled medication receiving and inventory management is preferred.

• We will have you support our expedited Epic Willow Inventory implementation for inpatient pharmacy operations.
• You will handle Willow design, configuration, build, testing, implementation, and go-live support.
• You will help transition inventory workflows from Lawson to Epic ahead of the planned July 2027 completion.
• You will support medication inventory levels, par configuration, reorder activities, receiving, and inventory balance tasks.
• You will help enable and maintain barcode-based pharmacy workflows.
• You will collaborate with Pharmacy, Digital Applications, and other project stakeholders.
• You will assist with remote project delivery and travel for go-live support when required.

We are offering a 1-year contract for an Epic Willow Inventory Analyst role. The position is fully remote, with only limited travel expected during go-live periods, and we prefer local candidates for occasional onsite collaboration. The work is focused on an accelerated inpatient pharmacy inventory implementation, moving workflows from Lawson to Epic.
