Key Responsibilities\nAs an LCSW at Hopeful Serenity Waves Counseling, your extensive knowledge and experience will directly impact the quality of care we provide. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify individual patient needs and crafting personalized treatment plans that align with established best practices. \n
- Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to the unique backgrounds and preferences of clients. \n
- Maintaining accurate, confidential documentation of clinical records that comply with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of mental health practices. \n
- Collaborating interprofessionally with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to deliver a cohesive and impactful treatment approach for each patient. \n
- Participating in case consultations and peer reviews aimed at enhancing treatment methodologies and improving patient outcomes. \n
- Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, fostering a deeper understanding and support system. \n
- Remaining up-to-date with advancements in mental health practices to integrate new research findings into your clinical work. \n
In this role, you will primarily work with individuals who are navigating the complexities of recovery from substance use disorders, as well as those facing co-occurring mental health issues. - A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Georgia. \n
