We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail team and help drive store performance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for retail, beauty, fashion, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming shopping experience for customers
• Lead the store team to achieve sales goals and key performance targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
• Oversee inventory, product displays, and in-store merchandising to maintain a clean and consistent brand image
• Lead and support store social media activities, including content creation, customer engagement, and promotional initiatives
• Use digital tools and sales data to identify opportunities and improve store performance
• Train, coach, motivate, and manage team members to improve service quality and overall execution
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback and support
• Support the planning and execution of in-store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
• Help drive customer membership and retention through effective engagement and follow-up
• Ensure company policies, operational standards, and procedures are consistently followed
• Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic store environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience; experience in beauty, fashion, wigs, hair, or related industries is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a positive shopping experience
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed performance goals
• Comfortable using digital tools, social media, and basic sales or performance data
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for beauty, fashion, hair, and customer experience
• Bilingual in English and Chinese or Spanish required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
