Requisition ID: 257617 Locations: Skyland; Fletcher; Hendersonville Pay Range: $54,000 - $55,000 yearly (Base Day Rate + Commission) Schedule: 5am - 6am start time until completion of the route; must be able to work weekends. 2 days off during the week – these will vary by store route. Job Overview Are you eager to build partnerships with our retailers? In this role you will manage your own accounts by selling products and promotions while showcasing merchandising skills. The Bulk Account Sales Merchandiser (BAM) sells, orders, and presents products, collaborates with customers to generate accurate orders, and ensures commercial plans and merchandising are executed across their account base. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel from store to store, servicing customers in Hendersonville, Fletcher, and surrounding areas. Duties & Responsibilities Manage, sell, and execute assigned customer accounts on daily, pre-set routes and generate sales orders based on delivery frequency. Execute applicable promotions and new products according to target lists, marketing initiatives, and commercial plans to maintain high Right Execution Daily scores. Fill, merchandize, and rotate products on shelves and displays according to procedures and special programs. Organize and maintain the back room, stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, and manage returns of empty pallets, shells, and out‑of‑date products. Create and distribute point‑of‑sale materials on displays where permitted, and ensure vendors operate properly. Foster business relationships with store personnel through routine follow‑up, proactive pricing, special programs, and new opportunities. Identify and communicate competitive issues or market activities that could impact business and perform all duties safely. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Effective communication skills (listening, speaking, writing). Prior customer service experience in a retail setting is preferred. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment (lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively). Critical thinking skills. Secondary education beyond high school is preferred. High initiative and willingness to learn. Career‑mindfulness and a highly competitive nature. Minimum Qualifications Valid in‑state driver’s license. Excellent driving history. Proof of insurance policy verifying coverage of liability and property damage at no less than $50,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $50,000 property damage and $500 or less deductible effective from first day of employment. High School Education / GED.
