Real Estate Acquisitions Manager

**About Us**

Gattaca Home Buyers is a U.S.-based real estate company that buys homes directly from homeowners. We are growing our acquisitions team and hiring directly for this position.

**About the Role**

As an Acquisitions Manager, you will speak with motivated U.S. homeowners who have already shown interest in selling, and guide each deal from first conversation to signed contract. All leads are warm and inbound. There is no cold calling.

**Responsibilities**

* Contact and follow up with inbound homeowner leads
* Discuss property details and understand each seller's situation
* Negotiate offers and handle objections professionally
* Manage deals from first contact through signed contract
* Keep accurate records of conversations and deal progress in our CRM
* Meet monthly performance targets (KPIs)

**Requirements**

* Proven sales or closing experience
* Strong spoken and written English
* Confidence handling objections and negotiating
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
* Availability for an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM EST

**Compensation**

* Base salary: $6 per month
* Commission on closed deals, paid in USD
* Monthly performance bonuses
* Fully remote
