The candidate will be responsible for providing leadership on complex systems analysis projects as well as providing influence with our business partners to develop recommendations that address business needs and opportunities. Additionally, the candidate will be skilled in negotiating business priorities through partnership with product owners and translating needs back to the team for timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and fall in love with the problem at hand, working through systems analysis and team collaborations to solve it. This position requires an independent thinker and collaborator, who demonstrates analytical thinking, active listening. And champions continuous improvement.## **The Expertise and Skills You Bring*** 5+ years of Systems Analysis experience with strong knowledge of data‐intensive applications* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field* Strong ability to create clear, simplified diagrams and process flows to explain complex concepts* Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous, complex problems into actionable work* Experience working across the full stack, including UI, middleware, and database layers* Expertise in interviewing stakeholders, extracting high‐quality business requirements, and translating them into actionable tasks* Strong database and data engineering skills, including 4+ years of SQL across ANSI SQL, Oracle, and Snowflake* Experience with Snowflake and PostgreSQL (nice to have)* Passion for working with data, with confidence navigating and mastering complex transactional and warehouse databases* Experience with RESTful Web APIs* Familiarity with Scrum methodology and comfort working in agile environments* Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem‐solving skills, including issue management and strong judgment* Effective interpersonal, facilitation, and relationship‐management capabilities* Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities in fast‐paced settings* Organized, self‐driven, collaborative work style with a strong customer‐service focus* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail* Strong decision‐making abilities, including solving ambiguous issues using facts, experience, and sound judgment* Experience facilitating requirements‐elicitation sessions and actively leading backlog refinement* Ability to execute system analysis across large, complex projects* Support for agile and cloud‐first methodologies, including active participation in scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives* Commitment to building deep domain expertise and sharing knowledge through mentoring* Ability to influence team members and external partners through clear, effective communication* Skill in navigating organizational structures to accomplish work efficiently## The TeamThe BSharks & Tech Mavericks squads form the data integration center for customer relationship management (CRM) within FI.
