Civil Engineer
A well-established professional surveying, engineering, and architectural firm located in Landenberg, PA is seeking a civil engineer to join their team. This person will prepare, design, and review land development projects from conceptual stages to compliance stages. Duties include: design and prepare site plans for municipal approval; design post construction stormwater management facilities; coordinate applications with clients and consultants; review subdivision and land development plans for compliance with municipal regulations.
Job requirements: BS degree in civil engineering or equivalent experience; PE preferred but not required; 2-5 years of experience in residential/commercial site design; experience preparing a complete set of civil plans; excellent written and communication skills; working knowledge and ability to use CAD based design software; a self-starter who can work independently; experience working and communicating with clients.
