CT Technologist

Position Information

• Role: CT Technologist
• Shift: Variable (4x9s or 3x12s)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: As needed
• Call Requirements: Occasional standby requirements

Qualifications

• Required Certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced Certification, Maine License
• Years of Experience: 1-2 years in a relevant field
• GE Experience: Must have experience with GE equipment;
  familiarity with GE Optima 660 and/or GE Revolution preferred

Unit Information

• Equipment: GE
• EHR: Epic
• Patient Ratios: 74 Daily Caseload
• Patient Population: Adult patients in an inpatient setting

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans for various diagnoses, including cancer, trauma, pulmonary embolism, and stroke.
• Conduct procedures including Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Aspirations/Biopsies, CT Angiograms, and Multiplanar Reconstructions.
• Ensure adherence to safety and imaging protocols.

Preferred Skillset/Experience

• Experience in outpatient settings, PACS, CT Arthrography, Drainage, Myelography.
• Familiarity with Epic and GE Optima 660.

**Additional Notes:** Must be willing to travel from out of state. RTO (Request Time Off) should not exceed 7 days.
