We're seeking a residency-trained or board-certified Medical Oncologist to join our AAHA-accredited specialty and emergency hospital in Anchorage, Alaska.This is a unique opportunity to step into an established oncology caseload rather than building a service from scratch. PET is home to the only boarded Internist in Alaska, who currently manages a strong oncology caseload and is eager to collaborate with a dedicated Medical Oncologist. You'll join a supportive team of experienced emergency veterinarians, skilled technicians, and hospital leaders committed to advancing specialty medicine throughout the state.As Alaska's premier specialty and emergency hospital, PET provides 24-hour emergency services to both Anchorage and remote Alaskan communities. While emergency medicine is an important part of our hospital, this position is firmly focused on specialty oncology care, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with patients and clients while practicing advanced medicine in a collaborative environment.In addition to our specialty and emergency services, PET offers in-house dentistry and works closely across departments to provide comprehensive patient care.
