Take your Speech-Language Pathology expertise to the next level by supporting students from pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. As a vital part of a collaborative onsite team, you’ll manage a caseload of roughly 60+ students, providing targeted assessments and interventions that ensure young learners progress and thrive.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Current and valid SLP licensure
• Experience with school-based caseloads and pediatric populations
• CCC or CFY credentials are welcomed
• Comfort with individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborative goal-setting
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Adaptability when supporting diverse learning needs and partnering with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy sessions onsite in a school setting
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from pre-K to 5th grade
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans aligned with student goals and IEP requirements
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all student interactions and sessions
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to advocate for students and contribute to team-based planning
