Pay: $24.00–$32.00 per hour

Location: Phoenix, AZ and Nationwide Travel Opportunities

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Low Voltage Security Technicians to join our growing team. We have ongoing projects throughout the Phoenix area , as well as out-of-state data center projects across the country.

This is a full-time contract-to-hire opportunity working with multiple established data center contractors. Candidates with strong access control experience are encouraged to apply.

Travel is preferred but not required . Technicians willing to travel can take advantage of additional project opportunities, overtime, and per diem for qualifying out-of-state assignments .

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, test, troubleshoot, and service low-voltage security systems
• Install and service access control systems, card readers, door hardware, controllers, and related equipment
• Perform wiring, cable pulls, terminations, labeling, testing, and troubleshooting
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and system documentation
• Work on commercial and large-scale data center projects
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform necessary repairs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
• Work independently or as part of a team depending on project requirements
• Travel to project locations when required

Required Experience

• Previous access control installation and/or service experience
• Experience working with low-voltage security systems
• Ability to troubleshoot access control systems and related equipment
• Ability to read drawings and follow installation documentation
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work on active construction and data center job sites

Preferred Experience

Experience with the following systems is a plus :

• Honeywell
• Lenel / LenelS2
• Bosch
• Hikvision

Experience with other access control, CCTV, security, or low-voltage systems is also valuable.

Lead Technician Opportunities

Lead Technician positions are available for qualified candidates.

Lead positions may offer pay above the posted $24–$32/hour range , depending on experience, technical ability, leadership skills, and project requirements.

Candidates with experience leading crews, coordinating installations, troubleshooting complex systems, or working on large-scale data center projects are encouraged to apply.

Travel Opportunities

Travel is preferred but not required .

We have projects in the Phoenix area and throughout the United States . Technicians who are willing to travel may have access to additional hours and project opportunities.

Per diem is provided for qualifying travel assignments.
