Role Description The Client Services Manager is a full-time in the field role responsible for overseeing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This position manages the intake process for new clients, conducts needs assessments, and coordinates appropriate care plans in collaboration with caregivers and office staff. The role includes monitoring client satisfaction, responding to concerns, and maintaining regular communication with clients and their families. The Client Services Manager will track service performance, analyze feedback and service metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance the overall client experience. Additional responsibilities include updating client records, supporting scheduling decisions, and partnering with leadership to uphold Touching Hearts at Home’s standards of compassionate, reliable care.

Qualifications

• Client-focused skills: Ability to manage Client Services and ensure high Customer Satisfaction.
• Service delivery skills: Strong Sales, Client Management, Customer Service capabilities and commitment to responsive, compassionate support.
• Interpersonal skills: Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for working with clients, families, and internal teams.
• Analytical skills: Solid Analytical Skills to interpret client feedback, service metrics, and operational data.
• Experience in client-facing or account management roles, preferably in home care, healthcare, or related service industries.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in common office software and remote collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability and follow-through.
• Relevant education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, social services, or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years experience in sales or client management role
• Social Work or Nursing Background a plus!

Salary $68K-$72K + commission + bonuses
