Regional Sales Director

Atlas Copco Holding GmbH

As a Regional Sales Director, your mission is to coach and encourage the development of your sales team. You will evaluate sales channel performance, offering honest and constructive feedback, and execute course corrections. You will shape our customer satisfaction, produce sustainable and profitable growth. You will report to the VP of Sales. To Succeed Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT/Computer Science, Communications, or related field. Sales Experience : Relevant sales experience (e.g., territory growth, account management, or business development) with consistent KPIs preferred. People Management : Direct experience managing teams of 6‑8 members in a multi‑state territory, 5+ years preferred. Technical Aptitude : Strong mechanical and technical understanding required to engage with customers effectively. Travel‑Ready : Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region, including domestic and international trips; overnight travel may also be required based on business needs.
