Approximately 8 hours per week after training Put Your Payroll Expertise to Work in a Flexible Part-Time Role Our client is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing and related administrative activities in a flexible, part-time capacity. This role is ideal for an experienced payroll professional who is highly detail-oriented, proficient in ADP, and looking for supplemental income or a flexible work arrangement. - Process payroll accurately and on schedule using ADP
- Review payroll information for completeness and accuracy
- Verify employee hours, deductions, taxes, and payroll changes
- Assist with payroll-related recordkeeping and documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information
- Ensure payroll practices comply with company policies and applicable regulations
- Respond to payroll-related questions and issues as needed
- Support payroll reporting and related administrative tasks
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience
- Hands-on experience using ADP payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
