Casa Oaxaca is bringing the bold flavors, vibrant culture, and rich traditions of Oaxaca, Mexico, to New York City — and we're looking for talented, energetic, and charismatic Bartenders who know that a great cocktail is only half the experience.

We're not looking for someone who simply pours drinks. We're looking for cocktail enthusiasts, storytellers, and hospitality professionals who can transform a night out into an unforgettable experience.

If you know your tequila from your mezcal, can handle a packed bar without missing a beat, and have the personality to keep guests coming back, we want to meet you!

• Craft and serve exceptional cocktails with consistency, precision, and creativity.

• Deliver engaging, personalized hospitality while maintaining a lively and welcoming bar atmosphere.

• Educate guests on our cocktail selections, tequila, mezcal, and other premium spirits.

• Make thoughtful recommendations that enhance the guest experience and drive beverage sales.

• Execute classic cocktails and specialty creations while maintaining recipe and presentation standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.

• Work seamlessly with servers, support staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.

• Follow all NYC and New York State alcohol service, sanitation, and safety requirements.

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or cocktail bar.

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, wine, beer, and premium spirits.

• Knowledge of tequila, mezcal, and Mexican-inspired cocktails is a major plus.

• A magnetic personality with excellent communication and guest engagement skills.

• Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain exceptional service standards.

• A polished, professional appearance and genuine passion for hospitality.

• Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Responsible alcohol service certification is a plus.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
