YOUR MENTORSHIP:

No guessing. No sink or swim. You will be paired with an experienced driver from day one someone who knows every inch of the road and will show you how to run it the right way.

3 to 5 weeks. Paid. Real loads. Real miles. Real experience that follows you for the rest of your career.

HOME TIME:

• 2 weeks out 2 days home

YOUR PAY AFTER TRAINING:

• Average weekly earnings: $1,300 to $1,500
• Performance bonus up to $0.08 CPM
• Pay increases automatically with mileage and tenure
• Top 25% of drivers earning $1,800+/week

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid CDL-A in good standing
• 21 years of age or older
• 120+ hours completed at an accredited CDL school
• Clean record since obtaining CDL-A
• No unexplained employment gaps in the last 3 years
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• Must pass DOT physical and drug test (hair & urine)
• No failed drug tests ever
