Facilities Maintenance TechnicianFacilities Technician Stanley Black & Decker | Dallas, TX Facilities & Maintenance | Full-Time (North Dallas, near the Valley Ranch/Coppell area)Pay $21.21 Paid Weekly Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM What You'll DoPerform general facility maintenance, including drywall, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and concrete repairsInspect and maintain HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, air compressors, and dryersAssist with equipment moves, installations, and running conduit, pipe, and chiller linesSupport the plant electrician with maintenance tasksPerform preventive maintenance and complete work orders in the CMMS systemSupport 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiativesHelp maintain a safe, clean, and efficient facilityWork with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve facility and equipment issuesWhat You NeedHigh School Diploma or GED; Technical School preferred3+ years of facilities or maintenance experienceStrong knowledge of HVAC systemsElectrical experience preferred; licensed electrician a plusStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CMMSGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and train othersPhysical RequirementsStand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and crouch throughout the shiftLift 10 lbs. regularly and up to 33 lbs. occasionallyComfortable working around machinery, fumes, loud noise, and occasional extreme temperaturesPut your maintenance skills to work with Stanley Black & Decker and help keep our facility running at its best!
