As a Service Advisor , you will own thecustomer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the client as it relates to their vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics. Well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. Responsibilities: Answerservice calls, set and confirmappointments Writerepair orders Act as a liaison between the technician and customer Assistyour client through the service process.
