Mode : Fulltime
Salary - $120-$125 ( Base QPLC) depending on the experience

*** Experience in Constellation is a must

• Must have Pega LSA-1 certification
• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in Pega development with a strong understanding of Pega methodologies and frameworks.
• Responsible for the design development and implementation of Pega applications
• Proficiency in Pega PRPC Pega Workflow and Pega Decisioning.
• Experience with integration technologies (REST SOAP etc.) and database management (SQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work Consultantly and as part of a team.
• Must be able to understand and breakdown the user stories into tasks
• Should be able to support and guide the team.
• Should have hands-on to execute the tasks individually.
• Should be able to update the daily report to leadership/ clients
• Must be able to prioritize the tasks based on urgency and need.
• Should be able to create and own High-Level design (HLD) and Low-Level design (LLD).
• Should be able to govern and manage the confluence/SharePoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
