Generate mortgage business through networking, referrals, and community involvement. Guide members through every stage of the mortgage process. Recommend mortgage solutions that align with borrower goals. Maintain a strong pipeline while delivering exceptional service. Stay current with lending regulations, market trends, and loan programs. What We're Looking For Minimum of one year of mortgage origination experience OR two years in processing, underwriting, or mortgage closing. Strong sales and business development skills. Active NMLS Registration Ability to develop and maintain referral partnerships. Knowledge of FNMA, FHA, USDA, and DU technology. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
