The Senior Analyst, Integrated Customer Growth plays a key role in shaping how the organization uses data to drive strategic marketing, customer, and business decisions. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that goes beyond reporting and analysis. You will lead deep-dive analytics, proactively identify growth opportunities, and influence cross-functional partners through data-driven storytelling and strategic recommendations. You will also help elevate the analytical maturity of the team by improving frameworks, standardizing measurement, and ground teammates in customer-centric impact assessment. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, analytics, customer strategy, finance, and merchandising. You will not only uncover insights—you will help define what the business should do next. What You’ll Do: Deliver High-Impact Customer & Business Analysis Own complex analyses across customer behavior, campaign performance, and business trends to identify strategic growth opportunities. Proactively diagnose shifts in acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime value, clearly articulating drivers and business implications. Develop hypotheses, structure analyses, and independently drive insights from ambiguous business questions. Identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable recommendations for leadership. Shape Growth Strategy Serve as a key analytical partner to leaders across CRM, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and Customer Analytics. Influence marketing and customer strategy through data-driven recommendations and scenario analysis. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing investments and provide clear guidance on optimization opportunities. Elevate Reporting & Measurement Design and enhance scalable dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks that support strategic decision-making. Ensure reporting is not only accurate and automated, but also aligned to business outcomes and decision needs. Identify gaps in measurement and proactively propose improvements to customer and marketing analytics frameworks. Help standardize definitions, KPIs, and reporting logic across teams. Drive Executive-Level Storytelling & Influence Develop executive-ready narratives that connect customer insights to financial and business impact. Present findings to senior stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and strategic point of view. Translate complex analyses into simple, compelling stories that drive action. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, customer analytics, business intelligence, consulting, or a related analytical role. Strong experience working with large, complex datasets and translating them into business insights. Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation platforms (PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, etc.) Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer lifecycle analytics, and retail business dynamics. Think Strategically: You don’t just answer questions—you define the right questions and connect insights to business strategy. Lead Through Insight: You influence decisions by bringing a clear point of view backed by rigorous analysis. You Own the Problem: Take full responsibility for ambiguous problems and drive them from question to recommendation.
