Customer Service Representative (Bilingual – English/Spanish Required)

About the Role:
Our Customer Service Representatives play a key role in assisting both new and existing customers with loan inquiries, vehicle evaluations, account management, and payments. You’ll also communicate with customers daily and make courtesy calls when needed—all while providing friendly, professional service.

Education:

Experience:

También se comunican con los clientes diariamente y realizan llamadas de cortesía cuando sea necesario, brindando siempre un servicio amable y profesional.
