About Our Client
Our client is a growing precision manufacturer supplying aerospace, industrial, and defense markets. They are known for tight tolerances, complex parts, and a strong commitment to quality systems and customer satisfaction.
Job Description
- Supervise quality inspectors, engineers, and technicians
- Oversee inspection processes and measurement systems
- Support and lead audits (internal, customer, and certification)
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO standards
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
- Partner with production to resolve quality issues
- Maintain quality documentation and reporting

The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Manager should have:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 3-6 years in quality within manufacturing
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of inspection tools and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
- Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001
Preferred:
- CNC machining or aerospace industry experience
- CMM experience
