CRM Specialist

We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our Growth Management department at Mükellef Teknoloji. As a fast-growing company, we value teamwork, creativity, and a customer-first mindset. In this role, you will support CRM activities, improve customer engagement, and help create effective campaigns. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys from onboarding and activation to retention and win-back, leveraging HubSpot workflows, behavioral triggers, and smart rules. Build and maintain dynamic lists and behavioral segments based on customer lifecycle stages, country/region, industry, and product usage data. Orchestrate targeted nurture campaigns to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across our expanding product portfolio and business lines. Systematically test and iterate on subject lines, messaging hooks, send times, content layouts, and CTAs across all channels to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Build, monitor, and maintain comprehensive CRM dashboards to track full-funnel conversion metrics, lifecycle velocity, channel engagement KPIs, and business impact. Deliver regular, data-driven performance reports and actionable recommendations to marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to guide strategic business decisions. Optimize and monitor seamless data flows between our platforms, third-party tools, and HubSpot to ensure accurate event tracking and property syncing, while maintaining database hygiene and compliance with privacy regulations. Partner with the content team to support, draft, and refine high-converting, brand-aligned copy for marketing and transactional communications across email, SMS, and in-app/push notifications. Minimum Position Qualifications 2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and email marketing automation, preferably in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or tech startup environment. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot (Marketing Hub workflows, smart lists, email builder, and custom CRM properties) is a strong plus. Deep understanding of CRM engagement KPIs (open rate, CTR, CVR, unsubscribe rate, churn, LTV) with a proven ability to build custom reports and dashboards (HubSpot reports, Excel/Sheets, or BI tools). Advanced English (written and verbal), as our CRM instance, documentation, and workflows are entirely managed in English. Familiarity with property mapping, event tracking/integrations, and privacy regulations (GDPR, KVKK). A collaborative mindset ready to work closely across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Support teams. Ability to write basic queries for data extraction or familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
