Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive critical care to ICU patients, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
• Float to Medical-Surgical units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Serve as a charge nurse when required, providing leadership and guidance to team members.

Required Skills:

• Valid RN license with current certification.
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, with charge-capable skills preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Travel experience is essential.
• AHA NIHSS certification and 6 CEUs on Stroke-related topics prior to start.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in a charge nurse role.
• Additional certifications related to critical care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Prior experience in a hospital ICU setting, preferably with travel assignments.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to float to Medical-Surgical units when needed.
• Ability to start by 03/30/2026.
• Must be willing to work night shifts.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay rate of $28.00 plus a weekly per diem of $1246.00.
