Talent Acquisition Specialist

This Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full-cycle recruitment process to source, interview, and hire individuals aligned with Amigo Baby’s mission and values. Responsibilities Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end process, including crafting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate flow. Candidate Sourcing & Branding: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies across social media, professional networks, and industry events to build a diverse, sustainable talent pool. Relationship Building: Partner closely with the CEO, HR Manager, and Clinical Directors to assess staffing needs and provide evidence-based hiring recommendations. Onboarding: Support the early stages of the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition that leaves new hires feeling welcomed, connected, and set up for success. Strategic Planning & Data: Use recruitment metrics to forecast staffing needs and evaluate strategy effectiveness to support organizational growth and social impact. Events & Outreach: Represent Amigo Baby at major events, conferences, and career fairs to expand our reach (travel required). Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or a related discipline. Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment or a related HR function. Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Strong interviewing skills with an ability to assess both technical qualifications and cultural alignment. Highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality. Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred. Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation with active car insurance. TB Clearance. Successful completion of Department of Justice (DOJ) / Background check and fingerprinting.
