Bien que ce rôle se concentre sur l'exécution de la conception pédagogique, nous recherchons un·e professionnel·le visionnaire qui reste à l'affût des tendances de l'industrie. Vous serez un partenaire collaboratif pour l'équipe de formation, apportant des perspectives novatrices sur la façon de tirer parti de l'IA générative et des modalités d'apprentissage modernes pour améliorer l'efficacité, l'engagement et l'adoption des formations.Votre impact* Conception et développement agiles : Utiliser les cadres Agile ou SAM (Successive Approximation Model) pour concevoir, développer et mettre en œuvre du contenu pédagogique en anglais et en français.* Promotion de la modernisation : Rechercher et proposer de manière proactive de nouveaux outils, des applications d'IA et des modalités de formation (ex. : vidéo interactive, voix hors champ assistée par l'IA ou prototypage rapide) pour optimiser les flux de travail de L&D et réduire les délais de production.* Expérience utilisateur (UX) : Concevoir des formations avec une compréhension profonde de la tolérance au changement de l'apprenant, en veillant à ce que la navigation soit intuitive et que le contenu respecte la charge cognitive des utilisateurs s'adaptant à de nouveaux environnements.* Adoption des systèmes : Créer des formations pour le lancement de nouveaux outils et processus qui vont au-delà de la simple documentation « mode d'emploi » afin de susciter un véritable enthousiasme et de favoriser l'adoption par les utilisateurs à l'échelle de l'entreprise.* Prestation de formation : Animer des sessions de formation dynamiques (virtuelles ou en personne) qui comblent le fossé entre les exigences techniques et l'application pratique.* Optimisation axée sur les données : Analyser les données de complétion du LMS et les mesures de performance pour rendre compte du RÉS (retour sur investissement) et de l'efficacité de la formation auprès des parties prenantes.Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes techniques* Bilinguisme : Une maîtrise professionnelle complète de l'anglais et du français (écrit et parlé) est requise.* Conception pédagogique : Plus de 5 ans d'expérience avec une solide compréhension des théories de l'apprentissage des adultes et des modèles ADDIE/SAM.* IA et technologies émergentes : Connaissance pratique de l'application de l'IA générative pour simplifier les flux de travail L&D (ex. : rédaction de contenu, génération de ressources ou localisation).* Outils de base : La maîtrise d'Articulate 360 (Storyline et Rise) est requise.* Multimédia : Maîtrise des logiciels de montage vidéo (Vyond, Camtasia, etc.) avec un intérêt pour l'exploration des outils médiatiques propulsés par l'IA.* Esprit de collaboration : Capacité éprouvée à s'associer à la direction pour faire évoluer les normes de formation tout en maintenant la stabilité opérationnelle.* Expérience LMS : Expérience avec les principales plateformes telles que Docebo, Cornerstone ou SuccessFactors.Nous vous remercions de votre intérêt. While this role focuses on the core execution of instructional design, we are looking for a forward-thinking professional who stays ahead of industry trends.
