A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with college coursework being a plus.

Key responsibilities include welcoming and assisting customers with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency; handling phone inquiries confidently and courteously; accurately balancing cash drawers and maintaining financial records; preparing daily, monthly, and quarterly reports; and using established finance software, Microsoft Word, and Excel effectively.
