Staff Pharmacist
$60 - $65 per hourSoliant Health
Looking for a pharmacist role with a consistent weekday schedule and no compounding experience required? We're hiring Closed Door Production Pharmacists for a fast paced closed door 503A/B pharmacy that specializes in GLP1 medications, etc. in the prescription fulfillment process, with an immediate start available. Retail pharmacists are encouraged to apply!
Position Details- 13 week contract with strong temp to perm potential
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- $60 - $65/hr; Weekly pay
- Full time benefits such as medical, dental, vision, etc.
- Oversee the prescription fulfillment process while ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations and company policies
- Perform accurate Drug Utilization Reviews (DUR) and maintain complete documentation
- Communicate with patients, providers, and pharmacy staff to resolve prescription-related issues
- Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory
- Package and prepare prescriptions for shipment, including refrigerated and specialty medications
- Utilize LifeFile and PK Software to support daily workflow
- Active Texas Pharmacist License
- Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience
- Ability to thrive in a high volume closed-door pharmacy environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
